Live Forever

As a kid, I wanted to become a famous artist, but I never was never much of a Picasso. What I did have was a passion for creativity and I developed that as much as I could.

Born and raised in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California just south of Big Sur and an up-and-coming wine country, I came to Nebraska for school. Graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Even though I hate the cold, I grew to love Lincoln, so much so that I’ve been here for the better part of a decade.

I started my career as a Graphic Designer but realized rather quickly that I gravitated toward the digital side of the industry. I focused on learning as much as I could about web design and development from a marketing/creative perspective and I ended up loving how passionate I became. Growing my career, I was able to develop planning, implementing and managing skills that helped me become a little zealous in my work.

My career took me to a few different places. I’ve worked in large corporations and small agencies, I even had a stint where I freelanced for some time. And just like fate, when I was feeling ready to move away from freelancing and while it was still just a thought in my head, Shannon reached out to me and mentioned that there may be a position opening up.

I like to keep myself in a creative mindset, so I draw, I paint, and I write and read stuff every now and then. I like to live by one overall life philosophy, and that is to keep on learning and experiencing new things. I believe that is the key to staying young and I want to live forever.
